A postgraduate in Personnel Management from the prestigious Pune University, Mr. Phadtare has served in senior HR roles with leading organizations such as K. K. Nag Ltd, Digital Group Infotech, and Sellcraft Softech, Winsoft Technologies and Bevit Pharmaceuticals. His expertise spans across performance management, HR operations, talent acquisition, competency mapping, employee engagement, and digital HR transformation.

What makes Mr. Phadtare’s training exceptional is his ability to translate his rich corporate experience into practical learning.
